Since yesterday, the server is suffering from these problems.
Every 3min you suffer with a terrible lag, rollback and error 418.
Please, many bought the game and the Bayamo server is very bad

Yesterday after the restart the problem disappeared, today the lag, rollback and error 418 came back.
It is impossible to play, several guild members are not logging on because of this. And it looks like the server is empty because of this problem

Could someone explain what is happening with Bayamo server or suggest some fix?
I have approximately 18 people from my guild in TS now, who bought the game and could not play because of the errors, lag and disconnect.
I do not know what to tell them

After today's events, I admit that I can not play with the server in this state.
We just lost a siege against a clan that abandoned the server (because of these problems). We lose because no one can log in and whoever is lucky to get inside the server gets an error 418 followed by a disconnect. (Yes, I asked everyone with this problem to use the F3 tool)
The game is amazing, the developers team are greats, but is missing communication between them and the players.
I understand that this is an early access, but it is no excuse for anyone to respond to a support topic with 5 days
I wish everyone good luck and hope that the game continues to grow and improve

sorry for the radio silence over the weekend. Yes, we're aware of the problems on the server and we're currently working on a solution. We'll post once there is a patch - promised!

I deployed a patch onto the servers that should reduce this and added extra tracking related to lag issues.
