Yes, that is not going to happen. But "I can't play because I canont grind abilities" sucks. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve this? We already added rare mobs that drop 3 patterns at a time. Anyone else got some input on this? I proposed a catch-up mechanic for patterns elsew...

Maybe only use static colliders to limit the range of the preview. Dynamic colliders could use the described color change behind the predicted collision. Prediction of dynamic collision will rarely be correct ....

How do you suggest to implement a Free-to-Play model for Das Tal? A thought from today: I got back from vacation an realized, that I can not really participate in the current season, because my limited time will not allow me to grind enough patterns for a playable char. Maybe add Map markers to indicate where which things drop at at a higher rate. Maybe have some Shaman huts where you get hints on gameplay, markers, revealed stretches of the map to include a continuation of the tutorial on the main map ?

One thing though: "Insta-cast" abilities do not generally deal well with 500ms warmup/animation times. And having every single ability on a 500 ms+ cast time feels veeeery sluggish. We tried that a long time ago. =D Yep, thats why I limited my proposal to effects affecting movement - thos...
